How long before I receive my order?

Most (UK) orders are shipped 2-5 business days after they are received.

Do you ship international?

Absolutely. However international carriage rates vary, depending on distance and weight. At the checkout you’ll be able to select your country and view the delivery option relevant to you. If you would like an idea on how long your order is likely to take to arrive free free to contact me via the contact form.

Please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must also be borne by the recipient.Sadly I have no control over these charges. I cannot predict what these charges may be.

What's the return and refund policy?

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, we can offer a credit note to the value of the original purchase price. 

To qualify for a credit note - the item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection and be in it’s original condition. Any damaged items cannot be returned and will not be refunded.

Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from point of return. Any costs incurred by you the customer for delivery charges cannot be refunded or form part of the credit note.

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken or damaged due to insufficient return packaging will not be refunded. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please email me within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We cannot refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us first.

Do you charge VAT?
No I do not charge VAT.
 
Is my transaction and data secure?
mostlyjavi will never share your details with a third party. We use best practice and follow all Shopify, Instagram and Facebook codes of conduct to make sure that all data and transactions are safe at all times.
