Returns

Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of goods via the on-site returns form.

If you are unhappy or have changed your mind about your print or original purchase, please contact Javi directly by email at javi@mostlyjavi.com, stating why you would like to return the piece.

You must notify Javi within 14 days of receiving your item to request a refund/exchange.

Return shipping is covered by the purchaser unless the item is damaged.

The piece must be returned in perfect condition and sent back recorded delivery. A refund will be paid once it has been checked if agreed.
