Friendship is an original hand painted, one of a kind artwork. I have always felt a deep connecting with this scene of Winnie-the-Pooh and Piglet walking in the woods. A delicate expression of friendship and togetherness. It inspired me to develop this piece.
Its was created using Japanese watercolour paper in several layers. Initially with a deep wash with light toned watercolour inks. Later other treatments including inkpressing.
